• Paul J. Hayes: A seasoned intellectual property litigator with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Hayes has successfully tried and defended numerous patent and trademark suits in the United States and abroad. In April 2009, Mr. Hayes and his team at Hayes Bostock & Cronin won a $388 million verdict, the fifth largest such verdict in patent litigation history, against Microsoft for its infringement of a complex patent for software licensing encryption. In 2011, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed Microsoft's liability in a unanimous ruling. Mr. Hayes is proud to have served as a United States Marine, and holds a degree in mechanical engineering.
• Dean Bostock: Mr. Bostock has litigated intellectual property cases for over 23 years, handling all phases of disputes, including appeals. In 2000, along with other Hayes Bostock & Cronin attorneys, Mr. Bostock won a $55.2 million judgment – the ninth largest in patent litigation history - against Conoco in 2000. • Gene Feher: Mr. Feher has over 23 years of experience litigating patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret issues.
